Came here for an alignment, tire balance, and didn't realize I was past due for an inspection. Unfortunately, my 3rd brake light was out and I paid $30 labor for a $2 part, but it saved me another trip. Truck is driving straight and smooth, and the team is helpful and professional. Will be coming by again.

I brought my car for 4 wheel alignment. They weee prompt working on my car and quickly finished the work. I received a thorough explanation and a colored picture of what they found and resolved. I saved miney because 2 wheels didn't need alignment. I was treated courtesiously and trust them to be honest. Would recommend JC Car Care.

It is undeniable that I won’t be coming back to this shop ever again. They lost my trust. A few months back I was quoted $200-300 to have my air cabin filter replaced. I went down the route of doing it myself which costed $10 to get a new filter, and took less than 5 minutes for me to get it done. Last week, I took my car in because I was having issues with my cooling system. I was lied to on the phone. I was told that my coolant looked like peanut butter (implying that oil got into my coolant), and then they quoted me $1100 to replace my radiator before I can test for the possibility of a blown head gasket. I checked my coolant reservoir and didn’t see any signs of oil. I took my car to 2 different shops and left them with the notes that JC left me. Both shops told me there wasn’t any signs of oil in the coolant, and that even though my radiator needs to be replaced; I can still test for a blown head gasket based on my conditions. It’s generous that the lowest amount of stars I can give this shop is 1 star. I’ve started to believe that this shop has been dishonest and has done nothing but taken advantage of my kindness the past 3 years I’ve counted on them to fix my car.

Great service. I had the wrong date of my appointment (a week early) and they worked me in and made the repair before my wife was using the car to go out of town. Good honest service.
